Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's tracking portal.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to become active.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Maidens Store ships internationally. Orders shipped outside your country may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Damaged or Lost Orders

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Maidens Store is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can make the correction before dispatch.
